Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PLEASE NOTE: BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME AS THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD
Shipping :
International Shipping. We do not ship any of our karaoke machines and accessories internationally, only our cd's, cdg's and dvd's. We are not responsible for VAT, GST or Custom Fees incurred, as they are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be added to the charges if we receive any billing on these. We do not ship to Asia. Please use the paypal checkout for international orders. Orders may take anywhere from 5 days - 28 days depending on the type of shipping and destination.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location, type of shipment used and the particular time of year. Due to the overwhelming demand on some of the products, U.S. customers should expect on average a 5-14 day delivery time, though many may be shipped as soon as the next day. We will make every effort to send your order out ASAP. Peak times, such as during the holidays may take longer.
CountryKaraokeMusic.com will only ship product to addresses that are registered with your credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you must call your credit card company and register that address as one of your "Ship To" locations. If your shipping address does not match during our credit card verification, your order will not ship! We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. NOTE: Karaoke machines and accessories will only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping to AK, HI, and PR: Priority shipping only, please use the Paypal checkout.
Returns and Exchanges:
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Return Merchandise Policy For Music and software: Due to the nature software sales and copyright laws, there are NO REFUNDS on karaoke music and software. You may only exchange a defective disc for the same identical title up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. There are no exceptions. Music and software include: CD/CDG/DVD media sold by Countrykaraokemusic.com. You must email us within 48 hrs of receiving discs and we will send you an authorization code and instructions on return back to you.
Return Policy for Players and Accessories: Player and accessory returns and refunds will be made up to30 days after original purchase date. All original cartons, remotes, cables, software and packing material must be included with the return. There is a $25.00 fee for not returning the original box and a $25.00 fee for missing remotes. Various fees for other missing parts will be assessed upon return. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all NON DEFECTIVE returns. Karaoke machines are returnable for exchange only and are not refundable.
If you received a different product than initially purchased or are returning defective merchandise, please email: countrykaraoke@live.com to obtain authorization. After the 30 day period, consult your warranty information included with your player.
COUNTRYKAROKEMUSIC.COM SUGGESTIONS ON RETURNS:
- Include all original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
